Meet Our Team

Sisipho, also known as Sisi, joined Astute in March 2023 as a Senior Delivery Consultant. She is currently working remotely from Cape Town, in South Africa. 

Sisi studied accounting before stepping out to acquire experience in the working world. She first discovered external sales by working as a door-to-door salesperson. After quickly realising that this was not a career she was looking to peruse long term, she then moved into the world of recruitment. She has been specialising in engineering recruitment for over 5 years, with 2 years focusing on the energy industry within the UK market . Her current mission in the power division is to utilise all her skills to help candidates find the perfect job whilst ensuring that clients are presented with best talent in the market.

When not at work, Sisi spends most of her time with her family and friends, a key element to her life and happiness. Sisi values kind-hearted people and the best advice she has ever received is “treat everyone with the same kindness and respect”. In a few years, she would enjoy traveling to her dream destinations with her son, Ethan, and her parents such as Maldives, Tokyo and Paris. She will make this dream come true thanks to her self-driven and independent personality as well as her hard work.
