Shaniece Gathii joined Astute Technical Recruitment as a Talent Specialist in September 2023.

Shaniece supports leading companies across the Renewable Energy industry to recruit the following sorts of roles:

• Contract Managers
• Mechanical Engineers
• Civil Engineers
• EC&I Technicians

 

About Shaniece:

Shaniece lives and breathes sales and started her sales journey at the age of 17. Since then, she's worked in door-to-door, B2C and B2B sales.

Raised in Kenya, Shaniece moved to Bournemouth in her teens. 

She's always been driven and studied Business Management and Finance at Southampton University before pursuing a solo venture. 

While working in a B2B role, Shaniece realised that she had a passion for communicating with people more than with businesses. This led her to recruitment, where she can help people find their dream jobs.  

With heaps of sales experience and a motivated personality, we're so glad to have Shaniece as part of our team!
