Meet Our Team

Rachael joined Astute in 2018 as a Compliance Administrator and has since been promoted to Team Leader of the Compliance team. 

Rachael enjoys the fast-paced environment, liaising with contractors and broadening her skills. In her role as a Team Leader, she is able to help develop and support others, motivate, and contribute to a great team atmosphere, all of which she is fond of.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as going to gigs. The sentence that would describe her the best would be “Slightly awkward, kinda weird, upside down and not all here”, lyrics by Shinedown, her favourite band.
