Meet Our Team

Melanie joined our Renewables team in January 2023 as a Recruitment Consultant. Mel has an extensive background in retail having been a store manager for 20 years in telecom sales. 

Mel is a people person at heart and endeavors to help others fulfill their full potential. She is not one for sitting and is constantly eager to learn and do new things as well as challenge herself.

Being a loving and passionate mother, Mel spends a great amount of time with her family and is always looking to make new memories with them. She likes the simple things in life such as keeping fit and healthy as well as watching F1.
