Meet Our Team

Matt joined the business in February 2007 as a Trainee Consultant. He is now the Sales Director, responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of the Recruitment Teams.

 

Matt's area of expertise is Power Generation, in particular Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Management. He has been a Consultant, Senior Consultant and Team Leader within the Power Division, working with companies and candidates alike to offer the best possible service and establish Astute as the leading supplier of technical staff within the Power Generation Industry.

 

When not at work Matt enjoys track day driving and airsoft, although, with a wife, 3 young children, a boxer dog and 3 cats, the opportunity to do these things is getting rarer and rarer. So, it’s a good job he enjoys spending time with his family too.
