Lucy joined Astute as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in January 2023. Lucy previously worked at another recruitment consultancy where she covered the construction sector allowing a seamless transition into the EPC contract world. Following a break after maternity leave, Lucy is ready smash the EPC market while working part.

 

Lucy is a dedicated and hardworking person who believes that everything happens for a reason. She finds great joy and fulfillment in her role as a mother and enjoys spending time with her daughter every day. Despite her busy schedule, Lucy is driven to excel in her career and is determined to be the best mother she can to her daughter. Lucy describes herself as friendly and approachable, and although she may come across as quiet at first, she quickly opens up and establishes strong connections with those around her.
