Meet Our Team

Gemma joined Astute in December 2017 as a Recruitment Consultant within the Water and Waste Management teams. Throughout her time at Astute, Gemma has progressed to Senior Consultant and Team Leader of the Nuclear Division.

 

Her interest in these sectors sparked from her studies at University where she completed her degree in Biology, then going on to work in retail whilst she sussed out her next move. Her passion for science and her love for working with people have allowed her to better understand the world of engineering recruitment.

 

Gemma is very outgoing and enjoys meeting new people. Outside of work, Gemma can be found spending time with her family and friends. She loves to travel and takes every opportunity she can to explore new places, with a particular soft spot for Italy (which has absolutely nothing to do with the exceptional food and wine!).
