Meet Our Team

Gemma joined us in April 2022 as a Delivery Consultant, and after a few months, progressed to a Recruitment Consultant in the Waste and Recycling division and since moved into the Nuclear Construction team.

She previously worked at SSE for 12 years, firstly as a Customer Service Trainer where she enjoyed helping others evolve and learn. She then moved into the Continuous Improvement team where she got to develop the company’s online platform by creating applications as well as a webchat function. Gemma has moved into the Nuclear Construction desk and hopes to progress her way up to Senior Recruitment Consultant and eventually Team Leader to manage, and most of all help, a team. 

Gemma is a busy mum who spends a great amount of her time with her two children, husband, and their dog Simba. She loves letting her hair down with her friends and cherishes time with her family. She continuously does things for others such as helping the homeless and volunteering for charity work. She really is a people person professionally and personally.
