Simon joined Astute in June 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous roles as Operations and Improvements Manager and Business Improvement Director. 

His keen attention to detail and passion for technology make him an invaluable asset to our Power Operations and Maintenance team. Simon's philosophy, inherited from his late father, is to "Get out and push the world," a mindset that he applies to his work, driving him to constantly seek improvements.

Outside of work, Simon is an avid golfer and fitness enthusiast, often found at the gym or cycling. His future goals reflect his ambitious nature, aiming to be the best version of himself and help others achieve the same.
