Megan, informally known as Meg, joined Astute in April 2022 as Delivery Consultant for the waste and recycling division. In December 2022, she moved on to becoming the Customer Success Team Leader of the power division.
After having studied geography at University and gaining experience at Pure Gym as a Customer Service Representative in the Head Office, Megan gained knowledge and skills to respond to this managerial role. She currently oversees 9 team members by managing their workflow, helping them source candidates and, very importantly, motivating them.
Meg is truly a people person which is shown through her professional skills as well as her personality. Her friends consider her as being very sociable and laid back as well as driven, which is the perfect balance leading her professional and personal experiences to success. In her spare time, she enjoys creative activities such as crochet and cooking, as well as natural ventures like hiking.
