Meet Our Team

Martin joined us in March 2023 as a Recruitment Coach within the Learning and Development division.

 

With experience as a Fitness Manager, Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Trainer, Martin is the perfect person for the job. Joining Astute has allowed him to pursue his passion for training and helping others develop in addition to developing his recruiting skills. He’s particularly interested in the psychology of the world of recruitment and loves to understand other’s needs.

 

Martin is passionate about music and played in a band named ‘Not Good Enough For Tony’ as the Bassist. In his spare time, Martin enjoys doing outside activities such as surfing and paddle boarding, and is a big fan of American football. His current project is to renovate a van into a campervan for his surfing trips with his family.
