Meet Our Team

Kevin, also known as Kev, joined Astute in 2013 as a Delivery Consultant in the water division. He later moved on to become a Senior Recruitment Consultant for the Power division, moving on to Team Leader before reaching his current role as Head of Power. 

Kev previously worked at Mountjoy who provided building maintenance as a scheduler where he first built his knowledge in construction. Kev is eager to learn, listen, understand and to help businesses as much as he can. He persistently searches for innovative ways to develop his team members at Astute, and he is most driven by high performance.

Kev is very goal oriented both personally and professionally. He is naturally competitive, and he has high expectations which leads him to being a great leader to his team and a great dad to his two daughters Margot and Mabel. He enjoys setting himself high goals and is aiming to attempt the 3-peak challenge in the years to come!
