Imogen Parkes joined Astute Technical Recruitment as a Talent Specialist in October 2023.

Imogen supports leading companies across the Power Generation industry to recruit the following sorts of roles:

·       Contract Managers

·       Mechanical Engineers

·       Civil Engineers

·       EC&I Technicians

About Imogen:

Coming from recruitment within the Transport Infrastructure Sector, Imogen brings a unique perspective to her role as a Trainee Talent Specialist at Astute.

With further recruitment experience gained from the food industry and armed with a Hospitality and Tourism degree from Oxford Brookes, Imogen brings a blend of people-centric and organisational skills to her role at Astute.

Her additional recruitment course at university further honed her passion for the recruitment sector, a field she had always been drawn to, given her parents own a recruitment firm.

Away from professional commitments, Imogen, a Portsmouth inhabitant, enjoys a serene life with her tortoise, Bob. Instead of a weekend at the pub, Imogen channels her energy towards volunteering at a church near Bournemouth.
