Workshop Supervisor - Waste Management

c£35,000 plus van, bonus, etc.


We are currently seeking to recruit a Workshop / Operations Supervisor, to oversee the daily activities of a busy vehicle maintenance workshop within the Maidenhead area. Our client is a leading organisation within the waste management sector, with the requirement for a Workshop Supervisor to join their team.

As a Workshop / Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the daily activities within the workshop
  • Ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to at all times
  • Working towards KPI's / Targets
  • Provide good customer service in line with customer expectations
  • Oversee the workshop team, ensuring training is provided where needed
  • Other duties as required

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have a relevant vehicle maintenance / engineering qualification (apprenticeship / City & Guilds etc.) and good technical experience. Ideally you will have experience working within the waste management sector, and you must have Supervisory/Management experience. Those with IOSH / CPC will be advantageous.

The package on offer for this role includes a salary c£35,000 (depending on experience), plus bonus, etc. This role will be based at a workshop in Maidenhead, but as the role develops may require travel to other sites within the surrounding area, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
