Job Title - Weekend MRF Supervisor

Salary - £31,000

Location - Andover


Our client one of the UK's leading waste management and aggregates distributor's is looking for a Weekend Supervisor to join its established team in Hampshire.

The Role

As Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for all operational aspects of the MRF plant. You will be responsible for the inspection and maintaining of the plant in order to carry out all the site activities involved in sorting, segregation and the movement of waste and recovered materials.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous MRF and waste industry experience. As the ideal candidate you must hold a loading shovel ticket and at least two of the following:

  • 360 over of under 10t, tracked or wheeled
  • Telehandler

You will be able to supervise and manage a team when required but also be a hands-on operator with a positive proactive attitude. You will be flexible, hardworking and reliable.

The successful candidate will be required to work 6.00am to 18.00pm on both a Saturday and Sunday. There will be the opportunity to work overtime during the week as and when required.
