Technical Support Engineer (Electrical/Electronic)
£28,000 to £35,000
Winchester, Hampshire

We are currently seeking to recruit a Technical Support Engineer / Systems Support Engineer, to provide internal & customer site based product support for advanced electrical systems. Our client is a market leader in the provision of advanced technological solutions to leading Utility & Energy companies, with the requirement for an additional Technical Support Technician to join their team.

As part of the Technical Support department, you will be required to:

  • Provide technical support across hardware & software of utility systems,
  • Provide assistance in fault finding,
  • Handle customer queries by email & telephone, also providing onsite assistance at utility sites & customer premises.

To be considered for this role, you must have a technical background, with an Electronic or Electrical qualification to HND level or above (or equivalent experience). This is a customer focused role so customer service experience is essential.

The package on offer for this position includes an attractive salary ranging from £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, plus holidays, healthcare, pension, etc. This role is based in Winchester and commutable from Fareham, Southampton, etc. A full UK driving licence is essential as some travel to customer sites is required.
