Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-tech electronic and electrical systems, currently require a Technical Project Manager to join their team. You'll have responsibility for coordinating through to the completion of various projects in accordance to strict deadlines and company strategy.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be tasked with seeing projects through from initial concept design to final system test. Duties will include working with the sales department to fully understand customer requirements, defining project plans and resource requirements, producing project presentations and reports, as well as managing tender submissions and product demonstrations. You'll also be responsible for project completion to strict deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to hold a relevant Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering qualification (degree / HNC / HND) and have proven experience working in a similar project management position with a PM qualification being desirable, such as Prince 2. You'll also need to have a good technical understanding of application programming, communications and system design.
They're offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 depending on your experience, plus company benefits.
