Our client, a renewable energy organisation who build & commission process plant sites, are currently seeking to recruit a technical engineer to support a busy Maintenance Manager. You should have a recognised apprenticeship or degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
Working alongside the Maintenance Manager providing support & work planning for preventative & reactive maintenance in a multidisciplinary environment. You will also undertake root cause analysis of faults on process plants, helping to improve plant reliability. You will also assist with site expansions & upgrades. Good organisational & IT skills are required as you will support the logistics / supply function based out of a plant in Swaffham.
You should have an apprenticeship or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, & be interested in maintenance engineering &/or power generation. Experience with process plant / marine engineering very advantageous.
This role will normally be based in Swaffham, Norfolk, but will of course involve travel to existing & new build sites, hence it would be essential to hold a driving licence.
Salary on offer is from £25,000 to £30,000 depending on skills & experience, plus great package including pension, life cover, BUPA (health cover)
