Site Operations Supervisor - Renewable Energy

Up to £31,000 plus benefits

Rainham, Essex

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Site Operations Supervisor / Assistant Operations Manager / Leading Operations Technician, to supervise the day-to-day running of a brand new state-of-the-art process plant. Our client is a leading organisation within the Renewable Energy sector, with the opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join their team in the Essex area.

As the Site Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising the daily operations on-site
  • Involvement in the build phases
  • Maintaining & managing site resources - staff, plant, equipment, etc.
  • Compliance with Health & Safety processes, codes of practice, SOPs
  • Routine monitoring of site systems - ensuring accurate data recorded, etc.
  • You will be included in the out of hours call out rota
  • Other duties as required

To be considered for this position, you should have experience working with heavy process plant within the Waste Management / Renewable Energy / Energy from Waste sector. Ideally you will be educated to A-Level or degree level (Engineering, Scientific, Waste Management related), and those with an understanding of the biological process or treatment will have an advantage.

This is a permanent position with a salary up to £31,000, plus great company benefits. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a new-build Renewable Energy process plant.
