Job Title - Site Manager

Salary - £51,000

Location - Buckinghamshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join an industry leading IBA processing and waste business within the UK. As Site Manager you will be responsible for the full operation and compliance management of two IBA (Incineration Bottom Ash) plants.
The Role

As Site Manager you will be responsible for but not limited too;

  • Full plant compliance with regards to Permits, EA and Legislation
  • Site operational performance, ensuring maximum availability and productivity at all times
  • Full team management, including labour management, personnel and motivation
  • Ensure full delivery of the companies operating procedures with exception Health and Safety standards
  • Client management with regards to KPI reporting and key stakeholder communications

Ideal Candidate

As the ideal candidate you will be a self-starter with a strong Health and Safety status. Ideally with a WAMITAB Level 4 and IOSH you will have proven experience within Quarries or Waste Management. You be comfortable with operating at a Senior Level and reporting to key stake holders. You will be flexible and approachable.
