Shift Team Leader - Power Generation
£33,000 plus bonus
Littlehampton, West Sussex

We are currently seeking to recruit a Shift Operations Team Leader, to lead a team of Operations & Maintenance Technicians on a 24/7 continuous process power plant. Our client is a leading organisation within the power generating sector, with the opportunity for a Shift Team Leader to join their team in the West Sussex area.

As a Shift Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the shift operations & maintenance on the site
  • Safe & efficient operation of the plant
  • Ensuring health & safety & compliance is adhered to at all times
  • Provided support & development to the team
  • Working towards performance targets & continuous improvement of the site
  • Other duties as required

To be considered for this position, you must have a relevant Engineering qualification (Electrical/Mechanical/Apprenticeship) and experience working within a heavy process environment (power generation or similar). You must have operational & maintenance experience, with supervisory skills. Those with an ex-forces background will also be considered.

The package on offer for this role includes a salary £33,000 including shift, plus benefits such as a bonus based on plant performance. This is a shift-based role, working on a days & nights pattern.
