Job Title: Shift Team Leader

Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland

Contract Length: 3-6 Months (Initially)

I am seeking a Shift Team Leader to join the Operations department of an Energy from Waste power station in Northern Ireland.

Applicants will be expected to have some Supervisory/Team Leader experience as they will be required to lead a team of multiple Plant Operators.

One of the main objects for this post is to ensure the station hits its production targets in a safe, reliable and efficient manner.

Some of the main responsibilities of this role includes;

· Day to day management of Plant Operations.
· Complying with Health and Safety regulations of the Site.
· Providing technical supervision and training to shift staff where necessary.
· Managing the Site Safety Systems and acting as an Authorised Person (AP1).

Successful Applicants must have a relevant qualification such as; HNC/HND/Degree in an Engineering discipline.
As well as IOSH or NEBOSH certification.

Regarding experience, applicants must have experience with CCGT, CHP, Biomass, Coal or Energy from Waste facilities.

The working routine of this role will require some Monday to Friday (Day Time) work and some shift work.
