Shift Team Leader

Up to £37,000 + Benefits

Nottingham

We're currently seeking a Shift Team Leader / Shift Supervisor to lead the operations & maintenance shift teams for a 24/7 Biomass Power Station which is based in the Nottingham area.

As a Shift Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading & managing the shift operations & maintenance teams on site.
  • Assisting in the operations & maintenance of the plant which will involve control room (DCS) operations, mobile plant operations & first line maintenance.
  • Reporting to the plant management team regarding plant performance against KPIs.
  • Ensuring adherence with health, safety & environmental regulations.
  • Other duties as required.

In order to be considered for this position, you will need to have proven experience in a similar Shift Team Leader (STL) / Shift Supervisor / Lead Operator role. You will also need to have a background within the Power, Biomass or similar heavy process sector, ideally with steam systems experience such as boilers & turbines.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a Biomass Power Station based in the Nottingham area! They're offering a competitive salary of up to £37,000 plus the company benefits package.
