Shift Supervisor - Wind Energy
Salary - c£40,000 DoE
Location - Essex

We are currently seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to work within the Offshore Wind sector. you will be joining the Operations and Maintenance Team at our client's project based in Essex.
Our client is a huge name in the Renewable Energy sector generating sustainable electricity across the UK.

General responsibilities include:

  • Co-ordinate Operations & Maintenance of wind farm plant
  • Develop and mentor staff when required
  • Analysis of PCM output to promote pre-emptive maintenance
  • Manage CMMS systems
  • Abide and enforce all health and safety policies



The ideal candidate will have previous experience in operations and/or maintenance in the wind sector or similar, you will be experienced as a safety controller (SAP) under ESI safety rules systems, have a good knowledge of monitoring systems and plant control and electrical trading knowledge.
You will need a full driving licence. The salary is around £40,000 depending on experience plus benefits including development and training opportunities.
