Our client, an innovative smart energy solutions provider, currently require a Service Engineer / Maintenance Technician to join their team. You'll be responsible for carrying out a range of servicing & maintenance activities on water systems, tanks, pumps & control panels both in their Oxford workshop & also on customer sites which will involve nationwide travel across the UK.
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out fault finding, servicing, maintenance & repairs on the company products both in the field & in the workshop - This will involve working on water systems, pumps, tanks, control panels etc.
- Acting as the face of the company when attending customer sites, providing them with high levels of customer service, along with technical support & advice.
- Ensuring adherence with health & safety requirements at all time.
- Other duties as required.
In order to be considered for this position, you will need to hold a relevant engineering qualification (apprenticeship / NVQ / HNC / HND / City & Guilds etc.) and have proven experience in a similar Service Engineer / Maintenance Technician role. A background working on water systems & equipment is also essential, such as water tanks, pumps, control panel or even white goods (washing machines, dishwashers etc.).
This role will involve nationwide travel to customer sites, so you will need to hold a full & valid driving licence.
