Service Engineer

Up to £32,000 + company vehicle, overtime

Permanent, Full Time

Field based role

Our client, a leading company working within the renewable energy sector, currently require a Field Service Engineer to join their team. This role will be covering multiple sites across Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and Northamptonshire.

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance on all plant, which will involve working with mechanical and electrical equipment, such as pumps, valves, conveyors and gearboxes. You'll also be required to work with the PLC control systems.

In order to be considered for this position, you will need to have a relevant electrical engineering qualification such as 17th edition, as well as mechanical experience. You'll also need to have proven experience in a service / maintenance engineer role, working with heavy process plant (pumps, conveyors, motors etc.)

As this is a field based position, you will need to be willing to travel extensively across the UK which will involve staying away from home when required, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
