Senior Town Planner
Contract Long Term
Rate: £200 - £250 per day
My client, a well-established Planning consultancy, is currently seeking a Senior Town Planner to join them on a contract basis.
My client operates within various sectors including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Waste & Energy and Leisure.
You will be RTPI/MRTPI certified with 5 years plus project experience. The role will not be project specific therefore a broad experience on diverse projects within private and public sectors will be required.
Key Town Planner Responsibilities & Experience
- Planning applications
- Organising pre-application discussion with local authorities
- Co-ordinating development teams
- Preparing supporting documentation
- Involved in site appraisals
- Planning and enforcement appeals
- Environmental impact assessment
- Design and access statements
- Pre-application consultation
