SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

(HIGHWAYS)

BRISTOL

Up to £45,000 per annum

My client is currently looking to strengthen their Commercial Team with a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

You will be responsible for working on a number of Highways projects as well as (but not limited to)

  • Public Realm
  • New Link Roads
  • Roundabouts and Multi Storey Carparks
  • Footpaths
  • Bus Lanes

Working with local authorities and Universities you will;

  • Have a working knowledge of NEC/JCT forms of contract
  • Ensure full value recovery to minimise costs
  • Ensure cash flow is maximised
  • Preparation of financial reports
  • Final accounts resolution
  • Ensure commercial challenge
  • Subcontractor management
  • Liaising with Commercial and Ops teams

Are you familiar with NEC/JCT forms of contract? Do you have experience working on Highways Schemes? Are you RICS accredited* (desirable*) with a higher qualification in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering?
