Up to £50,000 DOE


Our client, a global pioneer within the green business and the largest processer of flexible packing in the world, are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their established West London team. They partner with some of the biggest names within retail and resource management to develop innovative collection and recycling solutions.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful management and execution of a range of innovative projects from existing and new business as well as team/project management, logistics and operations.

Main duties will include:

  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple new and existing projects.
  • Leading projects through all planning, execution, control and closure phases ensuring all projects are delivered on time, in budget and to the highest standard.
  • Integration and understanding of the company's core strategy and values and ensuring these are reflected in project planning.
  • Client and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Perform project risk management to mitigate risk and error throughout all the phases of the projects.
  • Task delegation to the team in accordance to their strengths, skill set and experience.
  • Analysis of existing collection models and suggest changes to improve efficiency, time and cost saving.
  • Trend analysis within logistics and recycling.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role you must have strong experience in people management and operational leadership as well as project management. You will have worked in a client facing role ideally within the waste management sector.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional organisation, attention to detail, multi-tasking and be a strong problem solver. You will have had experience in strategic planning in a fast paced and evolving environment and be adaptable to change.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and ability to speak French would be a plus.
