Senior Lab Technician - Renewable Energy
Up to £25k + benefits
Permanent, Full time

We are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Lab Technician / Biologist / Microbiologist, to collect & analyse a variety of samples and data from a Renewable Energy Process Plant. Our client is an expanding organisation within the Renewable Energy sector.

As a Senior Lab Technician, you will be responsible for providing biological and technical support on anaerobic digestion (AD) plants, understanding bacterial nutrition, contaminant levels and other technical information. This will involve performing lab analysis on samples taken from the AD plants. You'll also be tasked with mentoring, training and supporting junior lab technicians.

In order to be considered for this position, you will need to be degree qualified in biology / microbiology / environmental sciences, with proven laboratory experience. An understanding of the anaerobic digestion (AD) process is also desirable although not essential this role.
