Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical and Electrical

Cumbria

Contract 6/12 months - Up to £450 per day DOE


The Role

We are currently recruiting for an M&E Quantity Surveyor for an ongoing project based at Sellafield. The successful Quantity Surveyor will have had experience of being involved with large packages of work on a high value project, with demonstrable electrical and building services delivery experience. The role will be heavily involved with measurements and change control, so proven success in this area is essential.


What We're Looking For

  • Strong track record at senior level in electrical and building services environments
  • NEC3 contract experience from contractor side
  • Post qualification construction experience with a main contractor
  • Detailed knowledge of preparing cost value reconciliations and presenting same to management
  • Measurements and change control
  • BSc or higher in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Chartered status with RICS or CIOB
  • Sellafield delivery knowledge would be advantageous
