Quality Manager (Engineering)

Southampton, Hampshire

c£60,000 plus good benefits package

We are currently recruiting a Quality Manager to join a busy & expanding company operating in the high technology electronics manufacturing engineering sector.

Responsibilities...As part of the Senior Management team, you will take responsibility for Quality Systems & Product Quality & Reliability Improvement from component parts to customer delivery. You will form a focal point to the Quality as well as Product Development, Customer Support & Operations teams.

Skills & Experience...To be considered for this position you will need to have experience in an industrial environment & have electronic (or mechanical) engineering experience. You should bring a proven track record in Quality & Reliability theory & practise, strong knowledge of ISO9001:2015 & have good Quality Management experience in a high-tech manufacturing industry. Preferably degree qualified or equivalent experience.

There is a salary of up to c£60,000 plus 25 days holiday, pension & other benefits such as private medical cover with this opportunity to join a busy, successful team.

This role is commutable from Southampton, Fareham, Portsmouth, Winchester etc, & current driving licence preferred. There is some required weekly travel to another manufacturing site in the Midlands.
