Our client, a leading Defence Electronic Specialist, are currently seeking to recruit a Quality Engineer to monitor & drive all aspects of manufactured product quality with a view to achieving the highest standards of Right First Time Quality.

As Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System & implementing Continuous Improvement projects to improve operating performance. You will hold a varied & interesting role, being involved in whole project life cycle from bid through to delivery, & driving customer satisfaction by leading root cause investigations.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have proven experience as a quality engineer in a manufacturing environment, with experience working to ISO 9001 QMS. You should also be able to analyse engineering specifications, drawings, procedures & schematics from a quality point of view. The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts & draw valid conclusions combined with full IT literacy also important.

They're offering a competitive salary of up to c£35,000 depending on experience, plus company benefits.
