Quality Assurance Manager - Wind Farms
£45,000-£55,000 plus benefits
Swindon / Port Talbot / London

We are currently seeking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager & Renewables Developer to join a leading Onshore Wind Farm company.

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining & updating processes & systems followed while developing Wind Farms
  • Quality Audits of large multi-million-pound projects
  • Support & training of development team relating to process & systems
  • Continuous improvement & Change management initiatives
  • Be a valued member of the Projects team with responsibility for onshore Wind development
  • Management of external consultants & internal quality support



To be considered for this position, you should have significant experience of the whole development process of onshore wind from project inception to handover to operations. You should have strong data manipulation skills in Excel, have project management experience plus a professional qualification (e.g. planning, quality engineering, auditing, change management or business improvement. You must be eligible to work in the UK and have a full UK driving licence.

The package for this position includes a competitive base salary, plus car allowance, bonus, pension, life insurance, holidays, etc. This role could be based from offices in Swindon, Port Talbot, Perth (Scotland) or London.

You will be based 2-3 days per week in one of these offices, but you can expect travel including overseas which will involve overnight stays.
