Project Support Engineer
Up to £35,000 plus benefits

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Project Support Engineer / Project Coordinator, to assist in project administration, analysis and tender preparation for power generation sites across the UK. Our client is a leading organisation within the Energy sector, with the opportunity for an experienced Project Support Engineer to join their team based in Northampton.

As the Project Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Asset analysis - collating and reporting asset performance trends
  • Assisting with pricing proposals and tender preparations, supporting the sales team
  • Working with suppliers to negotiate costs and confirm prices
  • Accurate and timely data input
  • Identifying potential suppliers and partners to support project completions
  • Reporting on project/s progress, financial progress, labour, materials, etc.
  • Other duties as required

To be considered for this position, you should have a good understanding of power generation assets (ideally gas gen-sets), with strong Microsoft / IT and communication skills. There may be occasional site travel, therefore a full UK driving licence is desirable.

The package on offer for this role includes an attractive basic salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits including holiday, pension, etc. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
