Project Manager - Power Generation

Salary - c£45,000 DoE + Benefits

Location - South East - Home based

ASTUTE Technical are actively looking for a Project Manager with a strong knowledge of Combined Heat and Power systems for our client, a leading name in the cogeneration sector.

You will join a team of Engineering professionals within the Power Generation/CHP sector to oversee and manage various turn key & supply along with commission projects in electrical generation.

As Project Manager, General responsibilities include:

  • Travelling the UK to various sites/projects
  • Operations & maintenance manual prep
  • Assisting with Tender Bids
  • Managing the delivery of plant, civil, mechanical and electrical installation, design reviews, procurement, sales to project handover
  • Ensuring that deadlines are achieved efficiently to cost objectives and budgets

The successful applicant MUST have a good CHP knowledge and experience with industrial CHP system installation.

Ideally, you will have proven experience managing and delivering turn key projects up to £5/10M.

You will need a full driving licence and the flexibility to travel and stay away from home when required. This is a home-based role however being located in the South East is advantageous as you will need to travel regularly to the offices in Crawley.

This position includes a salary of £40,000-£45,000 depending on experience plus company benefits.
