£40-50k + Benefits
Our client is a leading designer & manufacturer of bespoke electro-mechanical technology for use in a wide range of industries.
They sell their products globally & house their Research & Development, Manufacturing & Product Marketing team in Southampton, Hampshire.
They need to recruit a new Project Manager to work on New Product Introduction, an ideal opportunity for someone to drive the implementation of a full range of new product through the full development lifecycle at a time when they're bringing key new products into volume production.
This is a key role with responsibility for execution of the full product development lifecycle for NPI according to the company's strategic plan. You will also coordinate cross functional planning, project tracking & cost management. Additionally, you will report of progress of NPI to senior Management.
What you'll need for this position! 5-10 years' experience of project management roles in a high-tech manufacturing industry, & the ability to demonstrate delivery of large scale complex NPI into lean manufacturing environments.
Additional helpful but non-essential experience! Experience in complex component manufacturing & modern manufacturing methodologies.
