Project Engineer (Wind Farms)

£45,000 plus benefits & pension


Our client, an innovative provider of renewable energy in the growing offshore Wind Farm power generation sector require a Project Engineer to join the offshore engineering team based in Central London to coordinate multi-disciplined engineering works between assets & contract boundaries to ensure an integrated project.

Your varied duties will include:

  • Identifying technical issues & developing solutions
  • Project leading multi-disciplined teams
  • Ensuring technical compatibility of specifications through design stage
  • Interface meetings with suppliers
  • Plan & implement works contracts
  • Some travel within UK & northern Europe

You will need a degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline background, with experience in offshore wind, & a track record in Project Engineering. Excellent communication skills, with commercial awareness also very important.

Full, clean driving licence required as travel will be part of the role.

Based in Central London, this is an interesting opportunity to enter the Renewable Energy / Wind Farm sector for the successful applicant.

Salary to £45,000 plus benefits & pension
