Project Engineer - Offshore Wind Farms

£40,000 - £45,000

Central London

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Project Engineer, to work on a number of Offshore Wind Farm projects responsible for coordinating engineering work between assets and contract boundaries, to ensure an integrated project. Our client is a leading organisation within the Renewable Energy sector, with the opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer to join their team based at their Project Office in Central London.

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Control & management of interfaces between perm & temp works
  • Supporting the package managers in the management of information and contractual documents
  • Developing, applying & maintaining interface management tools and monitoring processes
  • Ensuring compatibility of technical specifications and scopes throughout the design phase
  • Act as Technical Officer on relevant external engineering consultancy contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Supporting the design review and approval process
  • Other duties as required

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a relevant technical or engineering degree (or equivalent), and have proven experience within the Offshore Wind sector. You should have experience in the management of interfaces.

This is a permanent position with an attractive basic salary in the range of £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits. This role is based in Central London, however a full UK driving licence is essential as travel will be required both nationally and internationally.
