Project Engineer (civil / construction)
£40,000, 1 year contract with a view to going permanent
Our client, a renewable energy organisation who build, commission & operate their AD process plant sites, currently require a Project Engineer / Project Manager to complete projects ranging in value from £5000 to £0.5m. They require an experienced Civil or Mechanically qualified Project Manager Project Engineer / Construction Supervisor, to complete small scale projects.
You will take on-site responsibility as the Project Engineer / Project Manager, to ensure that the sites are developed to all client, & local authority standards.
You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in project engineering or construction supervisory positions within a process industry company, or with a civil engineering contractor to the food, biochemical, chemical or petrochemical industries or related. In addition, you should have experience of managing relations & working with contractors & consultants, plus familiarity with CDM regulations.
You must hold a driving licence.
This role will cover civil & mechanical projects on large AD sites geographically located in the Lincoln, Lincolnshire, Boston, Kings Lynn region.
This is a year-long contract (with a view to it being permanent) & pro rata salary on offer likely to be in range up to c£40,000 depending on skills & experience.
