Job Description

Production Supervisor (Waste Management sector)

c£27,500 including shift allowance


Our client, a leading company in the growing recycling & waste management sector require a process supervisor / production team leader to lead a small team & drive productivity, yield & quality of product (renewable fuel) whilst continuing an excellent H&S record.

Your varied duties will include owning & driving site production KPI's, briefing & directing a small, busy shift team in their duties, coordinating vehicle movements to meet production requirements & providing management with accurate daily/weekly reports.

You will need a man management background with experience in a related fast paced processing / production / manufacturing / waste management environment, with first rate verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to generate clear production reports. Experience with Word & excel required. Any continuous improvement experience would be advantageous.

This is an interesting opportunity to enter the Waste Management & Recycling sector, & training will be provided for the successful applicant.

Salary to c£27,000 including shift plus pension.
