Production Manager - Engineering
£50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits
We are currently seeking to recruit an Engineering / Production Manager, to manage multiple site teams within the process / renewables industry, based in the Lincolnshire to East Anglia regions. Our client is a leading business in the renewable energy process sector, with the opportunity for an experienced Engineering / Production Manager to join their team.
As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Multi-site management / Remote site management
- Overseeing & supporting up to 12 Site Managers across the region
- Identifying training needs, upskilling, coaching and development of the Site Managers and teams
- SHEQ - ensuring health and safety is adhered to across all sites
- Dealing with HR issues and managing processes
- Overseeing site projects and supporting project teams
- Travelling out to site regularly, meeting with managers
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this position, you must have relevant engineering qualifications (HND, Degree level) with experience managing multiple sites. You should have a good understanding process engineering (renewables, food, power generation), and be happy to travel to multiple sites throughout the region.
The package on offer for this role includes an attractive basic salary in the range of £50,000 - £60,000, plus car allowance and company benefits. You must have a full UK driving licence.
