Process Commissioning Engineer - AD
Contract - 6 Months
£400 P/D
Scotland

We are recruiting a Process Commissioning Engineer for a AD plant currentlybeing built in Scotland. The role consists of supporting other members of the commissioning team in planning for process start up and testing through to writing takeover (Commissioning Completion) reports.

Reporting to the Lead Commissioning Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Working with Project Managers/Commissioning Managers and the overall project team to plan and document intentions at an early stage.
  • Developing commissioning plans and manage the carrying out of sampling activities during the testing phase.
  • Carry out process commissioning onsite and actively manage the sampling activity, manage the process startup and ensure optimum performance of the plant during trials
  • Ensure all necessary commissioning documentation is completed in a timely manner so that O+M manuals are delivered in a timely manner.

It is essential that candidates can demonstrate appreciable working knowledge of Odour Control Systems and Digestate materials handling. Importantly, demonstrating work in a similar capacity on projects of similar size and complexity would be desirable.
