We are currently seeking to recruit a Plant Operator / Operative / Operations Technician, to carry out a number of operations & maintenance activities on a 24/7 Process Plant. Our client is a leading organisation, which specialise in providing renewable energy products to the National Grid.
As part of a small team, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out daily Operations & Maintenance activities
- Monitoring Plant performance as directed by the Operations Manager
- Feeding fuel (renewable) - maintaining records and relevant documentation
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks as instructed
- Monitoring the Control System, responding where necessary
To be considered for this position you must have some experience within a similar industry (heavy process / bio-chemical) in a Process / Operations Technician's position. You should have a trade / agricultural background and a working knowledge of Plant Maintenance practices.
The package on offer includes a salary c£25,000-£30,000 plus benefits. This role is based in Metheringham, Lincolnshire, and is also commutable from Lincoln, Sleaford, etc.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to gain some hands-on experience, working a renewable energy process plant.
