Plant Operations Manager
Up to £55,000 plus benefits
We are currently seeking to recruit a Plant Manager / Operations Manager / Thermal Treatment Manager, to oversee the daily operation & maintenance of a large power generation process plant. Our client is a leading integrated waste management business, with an opportunity for an experience Plant Manager to join & lead their team.
As the Plant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overall operation of the 24/7 facility
- Managing a shift team responsible for safe & efficient operation of an advanced thermal power plant
- Ensuring Compliance and Health & Safety standards are met at all times
- Optimising processes to ensure continuous improvements are made
- Problem solving and identifying areas for improvement
- Preparing and managing a PPM regime
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have relevant experience within a heavy-process environment (Gasification, Energy from Waste, Chemical Process Plant, or similar). You must have a relevant Engineering degree (Mechanical or Chemical), with experience of overseeing daily operations of a Plant and managing shift teams.
The package on offer includes a salary up to £55,000, plus a good benefits package. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading power generation business at a state-of-the-art plant.
