Plant Manager - Renewable Energy
£45,000 - £60,000 (DOE) plus benefits
Middlesbrough

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Renewable Energy / Waste / Process Plant Manager, to oversee and manage the daily operations of an advanced process plant based in the North-East of England. Our client is an industry leader within its field, with the opportunity for an experienced Plant Manager to join their team.

As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing operations of the plant
  • Ensuring all activity is in line with operational procedures and compliant
  • Health & Safety is adhered to at all times
  • Managing a mixed-skilled team of up to 6
  • Ensuring efficient operations of the plant to meet KPIs
  • Participating in the callout rota
  • Other duties as required



To be considered for this position, you must have proven experience working in the waste processing / generation industry in an Operations Management focused position. Those with WAMITAB would be advantageous and you should have a good knowledge of feedstocks and be able to analyse lab results.

The package on offer for this position includes an attractive basic salary in the range of £45,000-£60,000 (dependant on experience), plus pension, holidays. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
