Plant Manager - Anaerobic Digestion
£50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits
We are currently seeking to recruit an Engineering Plant Manager, to manage a gas to grid AD & CHP plant, based in Aberdeen. Our client is a leading business in the renewable energy process sector, with the opportunity for an experienced Food Waste Engineering / Production Plant Manager to join their team.
As the AD Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Autonomous site management / Remote site management
- Overseeing & supporting a team of engineers & operative across a 24/7 process operation
- Identifying training needs, upskilling, coaching & development of the Site & team
- SHEQ - ensuring health and safety is adhered to across site
- Dealing with HR issues & managing processes
- Overseeing relationship with client (I.e. managing O&M contract)
- Ensuring site output hits targets
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this position, you must have relevant mechanical & electrical engineering qualifications with experience managing AD, waste, powergen or food sector sites. You should hold both WAMITAB & PAS110 qualifications & be able to operate autonomously.
The package on offer for this role includes an attractive basic salary in the range of £50,000 - £60,000, plus company bonus & company benefits. You must have a full UK driving licence.
