Planning Engineer
£45,000 - £55,000 plus benefits
Oxford

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Planning Engineer, responsible for setting up and generating project execution plans and assisting with project management. Our client is a growing organisation within the Renewable Energy sector, with the opportunity for an experienced Planning Engineer to join their team based in Oxford.

As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating detailed project execution plans
  • Assisting with project management, identifying economic and time / cost saving methods, milestones, etc.
  • Establishing a project baseline plan and seeking progress info from all parties to report
  • Ensuring all plans are accurate and up to date continuously
  • Monitoring day-to-day work progress against project plans
  • Identifying slippages, delays and project risks, etc.
  • Other duties as required



To be considered for this role, you should hold a relevant Engineering degree or equivalent, plus Project Management certification (Prince2, APM, PMP). You should have experience working with planning software and working on engineering projects, ideally process plants.

The package on offer includes an attractive base salary in the range of £45,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits including pension, holidays, etc.
