Planner - Nuclear

Whitehaven

£30,000 to £40,000 + Package

Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Planner to join a business managing a large-scale construction infrastructure project in Cumbria. This will see you working as part of the JV providing a £1.1 billion contract to provide a range of essential infrastructure asset services to Sellafield.
The contract has recently been extended for a potential further five year period, and plays an important part in driving the economic growth across West Cumbria.

The Job
As a Planner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing planning management and support to both the pre-contract and contract operations for the business.
  • Coordinating with bid and construction teams.
  • Managing and controlling the planning and programming aspects of bid proposals and projects in progress.


The Candidate
Candidates will be well versed in Planning and have a working knowledge of project management software. Experience in programme and project management, project planning, project review and cost risk analysis are required.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
