We are currently recruiting a Technical Asset Manager / Operations Manager to be responsible for the operation of several solar parks & to join a busy & expanding company operating in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities... The Asset Manager will maximise the production (MWh) availability & efficiency of several solar power parks in the UK, whilst minimising costs & H&S incidents. The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of parks, managing contractual performance of contractors & staff, meeting & exceeding budgets & working to enhance the value of the sites.
Skills and Experience... To be considered for this position you will need to have an engineering degree (or equivalent experience) & have a track record in electricity industry, successfully managing the operational performance of plant / generation assets & be able to work on your own initiative. Previous experience in the Solar Power / Renewable Energy sectors would be very advantageous.
There is a salary of between to £30,000 to £35,000 plus pension, BUPA healthcare, gym membership & other great benefits with this great opportunity to work in the renewable energy sector.
This role is commutable from Exeter, Newton Abbot, Taunton, Torquay etc, & current driving licence required.
